Cultivation methods

Since 2001, all the vineyard is conducted on organic way meaning we are not using any pesticides and all our wines are certified by Ecocert SAS.

The vines have been sod permanently to improve the soil structure. This permanent cover is worked every year in his totality or every two row to release organic matter stocked on surface and to mineralize the plants. We also put in place regular vegetative cover with green manure. Those contributions present relevant interest for the soil and the vines: soil structure, plant mineralization, organic matter...

During the harvest, the grapes are handpicked to ensure good maturation and perfect grape quality. Through our handpickers, we are able to select the best grapes, preserve the oxydation, limits the risk of deviance and maintain the relation between the humans and the vines.
