The entire vineyard has been in organic farming since 2001. The 14 different grape varieties and 24 hectares are vinified separately, distinguishing the different plots. We harvest by hand and interfere as little as possible in the cellar, in order to preserve the specificities of the different terroirs.

The "Châtelaine"
Our traditional « Châtelaine » wine range is produced in three colors: white, rosé and red.
Most of these wines are blends from different grape varieties aged in stainless steel vats. Herewith, they correspond to the taste of most wine lovers.
- A dry and fruity white wine, ideal for apéritifs or shellfish
- An intense and pleasant rosé
- A fruity red wine with soft tannins, following the style of traditional south-western wines

The "Ribonnet" wine range
The « Ribonnet » wine range is the most symbolic one and groups the majority of our production.
Its label is the reproduction of an ancient stamp dating back to the former owner, Clément Ader. It was used to mark goods transported from the farm.
