The entire vineyard has been in organic farming since 2001. The 14 different grape varieties and 24 hectares are vinified separately, distinguishing the different plot. We harvest by hand and interfere as little as possible in the cellar to preserve the specificities of the different terroirs.

The cellar is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, as well as on Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Range «LES ENVOLÉES»
The wine range « Les Envolées » is produced in three colors: white, rosé and red. All of them are aged in stainless steel vats.
L'ENVOLÉE BLANC 2023
Grape variety : 50% Sauvignon B, 35% Chardonnay, 15% Viognier
Terroir : clay - limestone soil
Tasting : The nose is aromatic with a lovely bouquet of orange blossoms, hawthorn, apricot, and white peach. A subtle hint of buckwheat honey gradually reveals itself. On the palate, the attack is lively and dynamic with an airy texture and a slightly sparkling sensation that brings a refreshing feeling. Notes of pear and quince fruitiness emerge. The finish is tangy with a touch of grapefruit.
Food & Wine pairings: seafood, Scallop carpaccio, mussels and fries, fish, sushi, mixed salads.

L'ENVOLÉE ROSÉ 2022
Grape variety : 100% Syrah
Terroir : stony clay-loam
Tasting : A gourmet rosé typical of the South-Western region with an intense rose color and a rich nose. A bouquet of cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant will accompany your summer evenings. L’Envolée Rosé will surprise you with a dense and fruity body. The finish is slightly acidic and fresh.

L'ENVOLÉE ROUGE 2021
Grape variety : Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Côt
Terroir : Blend of various plots
Tasting : L'Envolée red delivers an intense nose with notes of blackcurrant and roasted green pepper. Fresh and dynamic with a slightly high acidity and mouth-watering tannins. Casual-drinking wine !

SAUVIGNON BLANC 2023
Grape variety : 100% Sauvignon blanc
Terroir : clay - limestone soil
Tasting : An atypical dry Sauvignon!
This wine presents a subtle nose, revealing delicate notes of honeysuckle, hawthorn, lemongrass, and broom. On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively, accompanied by hints of lemon zest and grapefruit notes. The texture is well-structured with notes of white fruits. The finish is marked by a beautiful acidity with subtle citrus notes.

CHENIN BLANC 2022
Grape variety : 100% Chenin
Terroir : clay-loam
Tasting : This dry white wine reveals aromas of acacia, pear and some subtle notes of quince. The palate is dense, fresh and full of yellow fruits and citrus fruits. The finish is rich with nice length.

PINOT SYRAH 2021
Grape variety : 30% Pinot noir, 70% Syrah
Terroir : clay-loam soil
Tasting : The profile is airy and fresh. The nose tends between small red fruits and fine vegetal notes. The attack on the palate is fresh with strawberry notes brought by Pinot Noir. The mid-palate’s smoothness recalls the subtle flavors of blackcurrant and blackberries. Delicious, slightly minty and palatable wine. The finish is long and spicy, typical of Syrah.

PINOT NOIR 2021
Grape variety : 100% Pinot Noir

Tasting : The nose of the wine is very pleasant with aromas of red fruits, oriental spices, and blackcurrant jam. Dense and fleshy on the palate with velvety tannins brought by aging in old oak barrels. This harmonious and delicate wine will enchant you with its finesse!

SYRAH 2022
Grape variety : 100% Syrah
Terroir : clay-loam soil
Tasting : This wine offers an intense nose on black fruits, slightly peppery notes, dried flowers, and sloe. The palate is both concentrated and silky, marked by notes of blueberries, blackcurrant with a slight hint of dried straw.A fresh, sour, and spicy finish is accompanied by the ripe tannins.

Merlot Syrah 2022
Grape variety : 60% Merlot, 40% Syrah
Terroir : clay-loam soil
Tasting : The nose opens on an intense bouquet of fresh fruit, blackcurrant and sour cherry notes. The attack on the palate is voluminous with mouth-coating tannins. The smoothness and the spices of Syrah plump the palate leaving an increasing flavor length and freshness.

The range « Terroirs» is our premium range of wine. The are made from the best grapes chosen from a select parcel of vines and produced only in limited quantities.
« En travers » 2022
Grape variety : 100% Aligoté
Terroir : Plot « Taberly » - Planted in 1987 - Clay-loam soil
Tasting : The discreet nose at the beginning opens with notes of white flowers, acacia, linden, and citrus. The attack on the palate is rather supple and creamy followed by hints of peach, lemon, and yellow apple. The body of the wine is rich, unctuous, and supple with a fine hazelnut bitterness that is perfectly balanced. There is a long and aromatic finish.
Wine Aging : 9 months in stainless steel tank.

Grape variety : 100% Chardonnay
Terroir : Plot « Château » - Planted in 2016 - Clay-limestone soil
Tasting : The intense nose has aromas of peach, mango, and ripe citrus fruits, accompanied by light vanilla notes, butter, toasted almonds and a hint of honey. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, with a moderate amount of acidity. A flavourful blend of baked apple, pear, and grapefruits with a long finish marked by a beautiful freshness and minerality

« La Pointe » 2020
Grape variety : 100% Syrah Parcel selection
Terroir : Plot « La Pointe » - Planted in 1997 - Loamy-gravelly soil
Tasting : Oriental spices, liquorice, black fruits, and red berries such as cherries and raspberries are presents on the nose. Some grilled notes, roasted almonds, cloves, and vanilla are brought by aging in new demi-muids. Voluminous and full of ripe fruits, the mouth has also the coated and woody tannins and a fresh length.
Wine Aging : 12 months in new demi-muids (600 liters oak cask)

Grape variety : 100% Pinot noir
Terroir : Plot « Taberly » - Planted in 1988 - Clay-loamy soil
Tasting : Complex nose with aromas of red fruits, oriental spices and blackcurrant jam. Dense and fleshy on the palate with velvety tannins brought by the aging in oak barrels. The notes of blueberries and cherries will accompany the pleasure along the fresh length.

Grape variety : 100% Marselan
Terroir : Plot « Pariac » - Planted in 2012 - Sandy loam and gravel soil
Tasting : 100% Marselan is a rare and original wine! It has very intense aromas of red berries, licorice, kirsch, and orange peel. The palate is fresh and smooth and rises in a spicy and minty volume. Medium bodied with vibrant acidity and a fine tannic frame accompanied by dried fruits and smoked notes.
Wine Aging : 12 months in demi-muids (600 liters oak cask)

Grape variety : 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet franc
Terroirs : Plots «Cabirol» - Planted in 1987 - Clay-loamy soil

Tasting : The nose opens with slightly smoky notes, accompanied by a hint of green bell pepper, violet, and tobacco. The palate is juicy and fresh with blackberry, licorice, and blackcurrant notes. Silk-coated tannins and great acidity are balanced by long-lasting finish. For Wine Lovers only !
